In Which Position are You Interested?
Use your leadership and organizational skills and passion for giving to the tennis community by working directly with LTA President and board members, coordinating quarterly Board meetings, committee meetings, LTA Summer Camps, marketing, social media all LTA Events, writing grants, Annual Campaign to raise funding for LTA and communicating with players, parents and community leaders on active events and status of all tennis activities at a high level of customer service in English and Spanish, managing and documenting all volunteer hours, LTA equipment inventory and develop and present LTA presentations to organizations for community awareness attend all USTA Texas and USTA CTA and Quarterly webinars, meetings and conference calls and propose a yearly calendar of events, goals, strategic plan and oversee the website and social media communication.
Use your leadership and organizational skills by working directly with LTA Executive Director and/or President and board members. Assist in producing quarterly Board meetings, committee meetings, LTA Summer Camps, marketing- newsletter & flyers, maintaining social media and complete administrative duties for all LTA Events, writing grants, Annual Campaign, and communicate with players, parents, and community leaders on active events and status of all tennis activities at a high level of customer service in English and Spanish, manage and document all volunteer hours, LTA equipment inventory and develop and present LTA presentations to organizations for community awareness, attend all USTA Texas and USTA CTA and Quarterly webinars, meetings and conference calls.
Coaches will attend all coaches’ trainings actively and by research and curriculum manuals, be available for LTA program play days, clinics, Summer Camps, board, and community meetings and USTA TX LTA Tournaments. Head Coach will write age-appropriate lesson plans, gather committed volunteers, train volunteers prior to event, submit necessary equipment listing and be responsible to take and return to LTA administrative person.
LTA Intern will: coordinate and supervise all volunteers for tennis programs and events; manage and prioritize projects and duties; aid as coach and assistant at player days, clinics and events; aid in tournaments as a major leader; aid Executive Director, Executive Assistant and President when needed.
